He recognized his behavior sucked and made amends. Nothing wrong with that. Good for him.

I respected the move tbh. Mike Leslie is by all accounts a good dude. It does sound like he was wrong about Diggs' role and effort on the play. So I get why Diggs was annoyed (still very bad optics and he shouldn't treat someone like that.)

Is one man presenting nuts to another man really making amends?

Just sounds like a double dose of nuts at that point

He apologized and then made a joke which I’m fine with the nuts. He called the guy out in public so he should apologize in public and he did.
