I hope he’s aggressive in treatment, probably won’t see him until 2026.
Nope.Did you read the text?
They will tell you that " the inflammation had to go down" before operating, however it seems that this long term inflammation seems to happen to Cowboys players more than the rest of the NFL teams. Why is he just now having surgery? Hasn't he been on IR for almost 2 months?
We have an out this offseason. https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/player/_/id/47646/trevon-diggsProbably be the direction they go after next season… doubt it’s even remotely possible before then!
12 some odd million ain’t much of an out especially when you consider we’re already eating 8.7 for Gallup, almost certainly 7.5 for Lawrence and a possible 26 for Martin. In fact, it would be bordering on just dumb in order to save a measly 2m in the grand scheme of things! We have an out this offseason. https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/player/_/id/47646/trevon-diggs
He's not going to be 100% next season so what's the point of keeping him? Heck, he wasn't worth his contract this season when he was healthy.
Well, it's that or we can pay him 14M for nothing next year. I'll take the savings.12 some odd million ain’t much of an out especially when you consider we’re already eating 8.7 for Gallup, almost certainly 7.5 for Lawrence and a possible 26 for Martin.
