It looked to me like he stopped because Harris made a motion like he was going to cut back to the inside. Then, he had to grab hold and hold on for dear life because Harris is not a small man. Diggs isn't a great tackler, but I don't fault him on that play for his effort.

That's possible, but it wasn't just this one play. It's been multiple times I've seen him just appear to be afraid of contact.

Oh, you can tell he definitely doesn't like it. He's about like Deion when it comes to contact. They'll make it but rarely are they going to just throw their bodies in there. I'm sure like Deion, he also thinks they pay him to shut down receivers not make tackles.

I haven't figured that one out yet....honestly logic said no dlaw and no micha we should have been worse but it was the opposite.

Maybe because they didn't have someone trying to play superman, and just played their assignments.....or Justin Fields just sucks lol

Fields was a big part of the problem. This is why the Bears moved on from him. The Steelers offense hasn’t looked that great all season with him but Russell Wilson hasn’t been ready to play. Fields will be benched as soon as Wilson is able to go. Wilson isn’t going to be the answer either for the Steelers. They’ll be looking for a young QB in the near future.

Tackling is hard with a bad hmmy. Onlyso much you can do! Game is over and I am no longer thinkingbaout it. It you want to poke a player, lets poke at Malike Hooker who can't cover, catch or tackle.

The younger players we used on Sunday night saw an opportunity and stepped up. We played with some energy and enthusiasm. We haven’t been seeing that from some of the veteran players. If we beat Detroit without DLaw and Parsons I would be tempted just to stay with the younger players until our luck changes with them. lol This will be DLaws last season with the Cowboys. If we can continue to play well defensively without him, his loss after this season won’t be a big deal.

That's called business travel...we all have to live it. Thank goodness I have enough status for free upgrades and miles for 1st class upgrades, otherwise, I would be flying economy coach as well.

I mean. I have to say. The fact the players who put money into Jerry's pockets are travelling coach, while he is landing at practice in his personal helicopter says it all.

It was one of the chippiest most entertaining games I have seen in a while. Dallas defenders were actually fighting back and sticking up for themselves. Meanwhile that bum was miles away from the play at all times.

Agreed. Imagine a full team of guys like that. How much fun it is to watch and what a battle it is to play them.

I will always remember the defense effort a while back against the Eagles when the whole team was going all out and we played the whole game 1 man short because J Smooth was out there literally running around the play like a fool. The Steelers game reminded me a lot of that.

I wish we could be a real team instead of a clown show all the time.
