I don’t think people understand this thread. It’s not about giving up a 75 yard play. It’s people suggesting he’s constantly giving up big plays and a lot of yards. Just like our homeboy from the sticks out in West Virginia

this is the exact slander I’m referencing. Do you seriously believe this nonsense? My god. I thought you were just blind watching qbs. You have no idea what you are watching at any position.
This dude joined this forum after a 6-10 injury riddled season and spent the whole offseason telling anyone who would listen that the injury filled season was the peak. He's just a troll

There is this narrative that is going around that T. Diggs is a feast or famine cb. It’s absolutely maddening listening to these idiots (mostly opposing fans) suggest that Diggs gets burned for big plays more often than he makes big plays.

These are some of the worst takes I’ve seen in ages. It’s starting to remind me of the Romo slander. Sure Diggs got beat (never should have been a td, but that’s beside the point) on the long td play yesterday but that’s like one of the very few big plays he’s given up all year. If anybody has some great Diggs stats to share, please do so.

Literally had someone tell me today “Diggs is a liability, even with the picks”.

No CB that gives you damn near a pick every game he plays is a liability unless they’re giving up more TDs that picks and yards like crazy.

If I’m NE and Buffalo seems to have a stranglehold on that very bad division I’m not sure Mac Jones gets you wildcard invites anytime soon.

The Diggs pick 6 was maybe his most skilled one yet. Cut through the middle of the field no one close to catching him. 31 other teams would bench a starter to bring him in. He’s that good. He had no help from Kazee over the top on that long TD .

Even the greatest players of all time miss a play. Diggs gave up a 75 yard TD. To my knowledge that's the only big play he's given up. So he's playing at an elite level. No player is perfect in every play of every game. Diggs is the man.

In another example Dak threw a pick in the endzone yesterday. He's still playing at an elite level. I think people forget that the other team has professional players too.

When Dallas does it people act like theyre the worst player ever and thats the example they use even when it rarely happens

Ive seen Brady overthrow wide open receivers ive seen Rodgers play like hes never even thrown a football ive seen Peyton manning throw mutiple pick 6s in multiple consecutive games

errors happen but when its Dallas people lose their minds

go ahead and post these stats

This is from after last week, but before the game yesterday. Add at least 75 yards to that, because they count that TD on him whether we like it or not.

I mean, I can live with the yards as long as he keeps getting them INTS.

Kazee should have been over the top, and Diggs misjudged it. This type of play is going to happen every so often in an aggressive defense. Remember, many of these guys have only been playing together for a few months. Remarkablely better than last year already. Go Cowboys

well

ask if he had the same production on their team would he be a liability?

that usually ends conversations for me because they have to actually look at it from a factual standpoint

I dont like WFT but id take McLaurin in a heartbeat and i wouldnt say hes a liability because he dropped a pass this weekend

I think a source for a lot of the nonsense is PFF, which attributes him for yards just because he is the closest receiver, I guess.

Safety did it......

I couldn’t believe Romo said that was on Diggs. He’s smarter than that.

Diggs maybe could’ve played a little tighter but Kazzee was responsible for knocking that ball down.

I'm not gonna argue about it. I did as asked and posted the numbers.

I can live with the yards as long as he keeps getting INTS.
There wasn't a number though. You did what you do, amplify trolls. Of course facts aren't in your playbook.

Here's the actual numbers from Week 5
