Which Jerry Jones era draft pick is the head coach of a Division I football team?
 
Heres a hint..

Since he still had college eligibility left, he was going to be a player/coach but he wasnt good enough to make the roster. ;)

Yet he was the first rookie to start at OLB for the Cowboys since 1963. That shows how godawful the 89 Boys were.

I always like Eugene Lockhart but Jimmy didn't keep him.
