Actually my facility administrator stepped down so i report to a charge rn temporarily who is a woman. she is the one this girl went to, but we have a temp FA until one is hired and the charge rn reported this to him, then he gave the verbal warning.Crown Royal;1453765 said:Refreshing to hear that your boss is male. If it were a woman and she liked your coworker, you'd possibly be fighting an uphill battle.
Anyway - like everyone else said, document everything. Learn to forward text messages to email and keep them on a blog or something so it can be time dated. Record voicemails. Write & sign statements on your conversations and keep them some place, time stamp and scan them if you can.
Just as a precaution.
That being said - I'd be kind of disturbed if you got a warning and she didn't.
Yesterday he was really cool with me and the charge rn is too. I dont think either of them want to deal with this kind of stuff. But i got a phone message from her last night saying she was happy that i am being cordial in the workplace, then at the end of the message she got all agressive and reminded me in a certain tone that i better keep this mr nice guy up at work because i created this whole situation, its all my doing....and she still insisted again that i am seeing her and this other girl at the same time.
I started to get mad when i listened to that, i was thinking im NOT seeing you, we went on a date 2 weeks ago and that is all, we are not dating. There is no situation at work, im not seeing anyone here and we are definitely not going out again. Iwas going to call her and say this.....
But then i thought she is maybe baiting me to start a fight, and have me say stuff that she might record, so i didnt call back. In fact, i think i will just ignore all her calls and not speak to her at all outside of work and pretend like everything is fine and dandy at work.
