Troubled by the PAC suspension

I guess it is mainly because of alcohol related public incident (Police was involved ) Mainly Pacman has no scope to behave inappropriately in public. He want to get intoxicated (drink ....) do it behind closed doors away from public eye . That is the issue imo.

No. He's not under ordinary scrutiny and guidelines. He broke the conditions of his agreement with the commish.
