I don't like him, but I agree that he puts in the work when it's time to work.

I'm not tremendously concerned about him, to be clear. Of all the stuff he's done, other than pulling up the girl's top, it appears to be mostly harmless stuff. I just am not a fan of the 'look at me' stuff from pretty much any of the players in the league. But Zeke is 100% a football player. He's got a good football mindset, and I think his style of play energizes the whole offense.

To be honest, I was never a big fan of Emmitt's personality, either, though. Maybe it's just me and Dallas Cowboys running backs.
I loved Tony Dorsett.

Society now is really a whole lot different then Troy's time. Not that is an excuse but even the King Knucklehead on Troys teams were Michael Irvin he did a lot of things and carried himself more maturely because the way he was raised. Fast forward 20 years kids are raised with less ingrained responsibility even those raised in stable homes like Zeke. Throw in social media and camera phones we are lucky we have not seen a video where Zeke farted without saying excuse me.
A heck of a lot more money available to these young stars now too. That creates a sense of entitlement that is certainly dangerous for some young personalities.

@HowAboutThemCowboys @Sydla @Doomsday101 facepalm me all you want, i know what i see and I've been watching cowboys games for 30+ years. Troy overcompensates to not seem like a homer and it annoys me, my opinion

not derailing this thread any further. good day gents!

And if you listen to the fans of the other 31 teams, they claim Aikman is a Cowboys homer.

In other words, people hear what they want to hear to fit into a narrative they've created.

:star:...I've been an Aikman fan for as long as he was the Starting QB for Dallas....after that?....forgetaboutit!....I don't get so annoyed about what Aik says as much as ....why the heck he says anything in the first place!...So many times he could have just let something go...but nooooooooooooo...he has to prove himself to somebody and go all Anti Cowboy!....enough of that....catch my drift!?...

My only issue with Zeke is exposing the woman's breast. It's a troublesome issue as well, far worse than anything Kaepernick did.

I believe it was reported that the girl was pulling her top down several times through the parade
before Zeke decided to join in on the fun.

The one where Zeke reaches over and pulls down her top and she immediately covers herself and pulls it back up? Yeah.

My problem is I guess I'm ol' school, far worse has been done without smart phones.

I know we need to be politically correct, but at a certain point, social media and TMZ or whatever it is needs to go kick rocks.

They posted a pic or vid of Iverson in a casino for the Big3 thing, back in the day Mickey Mantle wasn't on video doing some of the stupid stuff he did.

Ok enough of my rant, it just gets old and stupid after a while....and Aikman, you got rings off of dudes that weren't choir boys, shut up.
