The only one is Andy Dalton, who has 9 passing touchdowns on the year.

Troy started on a team that sucked - 1-15 record - and watched it progress into the 3x SB winner (should of been 4). I think he understands what it takes to get there. That's why I respect his opinions of where a team is at. He's done it.
