As for me I'd say one of our bigger needs is for out Special teams to be MUCH improved, all around, this year in order to help us out a great deal.
People give our defense a bunch of crap for giving up the go ahead score, and yes it is on their shoulders to an extent, they were only being asked to stop the Giants from scoring while they started at what, like our 35-39 yard line? If our Special Teams didn't allow that useless sack RW to race a punt back 25 yards and deep into our end of the field maybe the defense wouldn't have had to start out with their backs against the wall.
Again there is no one person, or unit, that can be blamed, or blamed more than any other, for the loss. Every unit had a hand in the loss and it all seemed to come at very bad times. Rather it was the drop by Crayton, the drop by Fasano, the miss fire the next play by Romo, or the missed tackles on the opening Giants drive, or the poor coverage right before the half, or the bad punt coverage late in the game.
They were all horrible for us and all came at horrible times.
