I agree however guys like that never lose their built in competitive edge. Certainly they know how to celebrate their accomplishments however I guarantee they play all activities (shuffle board to GM) like it's their last. .

Ok let's start a debate about this photo. Which one of these guys would make the better GM for Dallas, and why?

My pick is Troy. Jimmy seems to get agitated easy and wouldn't last long. We need somebody that can stand up to the Joneses and put up with the Joneses.

Jimmy won't even travel anymore for his job on fox. He does all his segments from his home or marina. He's never going to come Dallas and work for Jerry or anyone else.
