Exactly what do you mean?

Do you expect 1 player to "win" it all?

Every ex-player, every person that has talked about Dak has been all in on him as a leader and as a guy who is all about being the best at his position so that his team can win.

How is that a problem?

Now, I will ask you - ever played on a team?

so if “that” doesn’t lead to winning that good is “that”?

It does, though... It breeds winning. If you have ever been on a team - whether it's a team that wins or loses, it's apparent there is an difference in attitude among key players that help teams rise.

At this level, everyone is talented. The difference is having enough "Dak's" on the team combined with competent coaching that can build a culture of winning. Ask Landry (if you could), ask Bilichick, ask Troy, ask Montana...

Do yourself a favor sometime, read "Outliers" by Malcolm Gladwell. His thesis is that to be successful, you don't have to be "the best". But, you do have to be "good enough".

Dak is "good enough".

Yeah Troy has not choice but to say that now. If we had gone 2-14, everyone and their mother would be saying draft Fields and kick Dak to the curb.
It's idiotic for this team to pay 40 million to Dak, just look at Cousins, Goff, Wentz.
Are some fans just blind... The results is sitting right in front of your face. Unless the QB is a franchise guy you are overpaying. Time and time again this formula for overpaying a good QB is a terrible idea.
Why are some fans just blind?
Even with our draft position, I would try to find someone else.
Heck try to sign Winston...

how long does “breeding” take?

Dak sure hadn’t done any “breeding” in the last 5 years with “that”

how about we get someone with talent and see if he can “breed”?

So they showed a clip on Fox of the 1/2/94 Emmitt shoulder game against the Gints, and then Jimmy was on with Troy.

Jimmy says “that was my last regular season win in Dallas. Now Troy people should know you don’t worry about regular season wins when you are winning Super Bowls.”
Troy (laughing): “that’s a good point Jimmy.”

whew. Those were different times. Much different times....

Yeah, in the same way Troy proved his expertise by drafting Matt lefluer in the first round at the!! Lol
Troy was a great QB, he's not proven to know personnel. And he's become a schmoozer on the network to the politically correct world and the NFL bosses.
Troy Aikman is 100% correct in this instance.
Same way
