Good route running, great hands, not as much speed as I expected, not very good RAC. Also, the majority of the highlights are against Arkansas, Troy, Vanderbuilt and USF, with a few from TN and Kentucky. Meh, good 2nd rounder maybe.

Claytons video makes Williamson look like he is on pee-wee level. That is not an impressive HIGHLIGHT video.

With all the penatlies now a days its almost like corners and safeties arent allowed to touch recievers until they catch the ball, that being said, clayton makes more guys miss and doesnt appear as easy to tackle regardless of size, and his highlight reel is much more impressive then Williamsons. Go with Clayton

that was the most average highlight video I've ever seen... and most of the plays repeat themselves. Should a 2 yard reception make a highlight reel?
There were only about 3 plays on there I'd consider "highlight" material.
anyway, looks like the kid has some talent and speed. Seems like a late first or second rounder from what I've seen of him but obviously, he's going to go in the mid to early first....which I'm not sure he's worth. maybe at 20, but I'm put more money on Clayton being the sure thing than this guy.

Then you'll be swinging on a vine by yourself.

Even in the video he runs past people even with good angles and is consistently getting behind people.

He may not be the best WR in the draft but I don't see where you get the second rounder stuff or not be impressed with his speed.

And it is a second rate video. That is not what is supposed to impress u or not.

He gets behind corners from second rate programs, and then gets caught. Wow, what blazing speed. He has good speed for 6-2, but he is no speed demon. He gets by them because he runs very good routes.

As far as the second round, he may be better, but this video gives me NOTHING to put him in the first round. I see above average WR catching balls he SHOULD catch and not getting many YAC. I would take Clayton over him at 20 any day. If he is taken before 22, there is a reach.

And if you claim this is a second rate video, I would feel even more justified in my contentions. For a highlight video, I sure would be afraid to see the lowlights.

I didn't know Georgia, Ole Miss, Tennessee and Arkansas were 2nd rate programs. I guess ignorance is bliss....

Then give me a highlight video that shows him owning those teams. I saw a lot of Troy, Vanderbilt, Kentucky and USF here.

Saw a little Tennessee, but those were, well, screen passes.

As for Arkansas, they have been pretty average lately. Go look at the Clayton highlight video - lots of Arkansas there too. What does that tell you about their pass protection? And clayton owns them A LOT more than Williamson.

Watching that, I really liked how alot of the ime he concentrated on getting BOTH feet down in bounds. Looks like it's an adjustment he won't have to make to the NFL. I would be pleased to get him at #20 if we don't get Mike WIlliams at #11.

Hmm...if that is the most notable thing I can find about a "highlight" video......

I can tell you this. I like Clayton, but Willimason has more of a celling. To say that Williamson is not a special talent is short sited. You don't have to down a guy to support someone else. I like Willimason more, but I'm willing to say that Clayton is a nice receiver.

In Clayton's video I say some Alabama, they are not good. I saw a lot Arkansas as you say, they are not good. I some some UCLA, they weren't that good. I saw some Mizzo and CU, neither were great schools. Also saw some Utah from last year. He is not tearing up great comp either.

Also, you see Clayton because South Carolina ran the ball more than throwing. Also, his video is from his Junior year. I would love to see his video from his Sr. year.

If I use your criteria, Clayton and Willimason are still comparable receivers.

Actually I have liked Williamson for a while because of his speed along with his great hands. At 6-2 he can also out muscle some of the bigger DBs out there today. He is actually the third rated WR as I would rate them behind Williams and Clayton. I know...I just am not thrilled with Braylon Edwards. Just have one of those gut feelings about him.
