Weakness:

Does not protect the ball
Throws to many ducks even thow He has a good arm
Makes to many bad decisions in bad times ( INT's)

One thing that I have really noticed as of late is that when he is about to get unloaded on he turns his shoulders. Doesn't ever hardly step up and throw.

Romo is very good at throwing on the run but he is not very good at throwing to the sidelines from the pocket.

Romo has a below average arm but he has a very quick release and accurate ball.

Romo has poor leadership skills but he is coachable and not overly demanding of his players.


Romo is elusive in the pocket but he is frail.
