I found one of their job listing and posted here a few years ago.

The job was to 'grade film' and you didn't even need to be a sport fan or know anything about football.

PFF is the go-to for fans that can debate the merits of their claims on their own.

The wimpy kids tells the bully 'My Dad can beat up your Dad'.

The clueless NFL fan says 'PFF said he was not good'.

And apparently even a clueless non-football fan could see how bad he was. 33.8 isn't bad, it’s horrible.
