Coaches move whenever they want, contracts mean nothing, but players get held hostage.

No doubt that affected Hill's relationship with the new regime - how could it not?

I disagree. People just outright hated the Jaylon pick and most didn't even think he'd even play again. I felt like he was written off until reports came out about the whole brace and all of that. Gregory........I guess he'd be close but everyone sort of wrote him off as a weed head and probably wouldn't play a down. Hill..........nothing leading up to the draft about him and as soon as we get him its all of these reports....its just all over the place.

Hill..........nothing leading up to the draft about him and as soon as we get him its all of these reports....its just all over the place.

It’s all perspective...

If Dallas had a 1st Rd pick and drafted a Safety, WR, TE.. etc, drafting a dominate 3T to shore up the DL would have been lauded and Hill would have been given the benefit of the doubt.

Instead, Hill was our top pick (58th overall, I should add). Cowboys fans will pick him apart until he proves he’s a stud.

i have to say this makes me feel even more optimistic about picking hill.
it seems his coach screwed poor trysten out of many millions of $
but cowboys likely got a 1st round pick in the late 2nd.
strange how that works
especially with goodell screwing around left and right

i realize the same issue.
but what was hill about to say?
i wanted to leave but coach blocked my transfer.
that would hurt his reputation even more.
that was probably the smartest thing he could say

this proves one simple thing
hill cares a lot about $
