Kurt Warner. That Thread Title scared me !
I thought: "Did he die"?
One of the best undrafted free agents ever.
Only Kurt Warner was better.
Thanks, I did not realize Moon was an undrafted Free Agent.Kurt Warner.
Warren Moon.
Tony Romo.
Moon would have been drafted but thought it would be in the late rounds so took a relatively lucrative gig (for 1978) in the USFL 1-2 months before the draft. Thanks, I did not realize Moon was an undrafted Free Agent.
Happy Birthday Tony Romo!!
One of the most exciting and talented QB's of his era. In my opinion the Cowboys failed him, not the other way around, but I don't want to start any conflicts here.
Romo deserves to be in but so does Danny. But I'm still waiting for Jimmy. lolI tell you what I will be pulling for Romo to be in the ring as soon as Danny White gets in. lol
I think you have that wrong. A "leader" makes people around him better. He did that. Even Miles Austin, pretty good talent in his own right...could not succeed elsewhere.Leadership was always one of the criticisms with him. Couldn’t seem to rally the troops when it mattered but he had playmaking ability.
Meanwhile...we have Eli manning.....who had GREAT teams and support around him. The damndest luckiest athlete in the history of athletics.I've always said he was the unluckiest QB ever. Can't think of any QB who had more last min/last drive turnovers in a lose or go home games
And right here's a pure hater. Only Dez was the recipient of Tony's efforts?Hummmm.
Couldn't hold Troy's Jock.
If it wasn't for Dez sacrificing his health in 2013-14 Tony would be a burp at best.
But yeah, happy birthday Romo![]()

Does Dak make people BETTER? Or do we get rid of them?
When os much is out of the QB's control...it can be difficult to tell.
I say Tony took the risks a leader takes...and doesn't blame ANYONE...not refs or fans ....for failures.
Thank you Tony.....for being a tremendous overachiever and one of the best of your time when there were so many very good QBs. You went to to toe with one the best QB's EVER. Your team let you down but stupid a hole fans blame you. You know...who you are. And you know you are an a hole about it.

Huge success there, obviously.
Yes but his story is quite different. Moon went to CFL first and won 5 championships before signing with the Oilers.Kurt Warner.
Warren Moon.
