Turner And Sparano Are On The Hot Seat

Both are on a very hot seat. Garrett is very close to Turner adn Sparano is very close to Jerry and Stephen and also Romo. Would it make sense and be a smart move to bring them both back.

Make Turner what he is really good at, the OC and let Garrett be a HC. Would Garrett do it? I mean they are very close and Turner might be one of the only person in the world that Garrett would trust.

Sparano would be a nice OL and RB coach, he is also a very good QB coach. I would love to bring him in to be our new OL and RB coach. I love his fire and attitude. This OL needs that fire and attitude. Sparano did say in a press conference that his daughter is now in college in Texas, don't know what school but that would bring him closer to his daughter.

Just a thought or two.

I would love to have Turner as OC but I just don't see Red letting anyone else have a say in this offense. I believe theres a good chance Sparano ends up back here (as O line coach) after he gets canned in Miami and Houck likely retiring. I would be all for that.

I honestly think there is one man Garrett would be willing to relinquish play calling duties to, and that would be Norv Turner.

I think he'd strongly consider it for Paul Chryst, which I would love.

I wish Norv could come here but I don't see it. I'm not that high on Chryst myself.

I agree 100%. Just like Wade was a good DC (beside his last yr or so here) but never Hc material.

Bill Parcells and Andy Reid were close friends. Both ran different offenses.

Turner is a great OC and he would make this team better if he would be willing to coach here.

I don't think he is a very good HC but he is a great OC and I think Garrett would trust him. I actually think Norv could straighten out Dez - he would put him on the bench if he didn't run his routes correctly.

Garrett doesn't have the balls to do that yet because he doesn't have enough skins on the wall to mess around with one of Jerry's pets.

I would LOVE to have Norv as an OC. He would be awesome. Sporano makes sense too. If Norv would come here and realize he sucks at being a head coach and commit to doing what he excels at (OC) we could be set for a long time.

Agreed. Turner is an excellent OC and an extremely poor HC.
