Better than the oversized WRs that can’t create separation, and when they get the ball thrown to them they drop it.

Good point , but around here a speedy receiver is just gonna have to wait on the ball and catch it behind him

……better to get a possession or acrobatic receiver to snag in or fight for tough catches.

Maybe the QB could throw a better ball. If you point to everyone around you as the issue, you are probably the issue. Management 101. Stay tuned for more life lessons.

…….my favorite life lesson is when Ricky Bobby’s daddy blindfolded him driving, so he could get his balls back and go fast again

This kid is not beasley think smaller, but while at TCU i can honestly say he is maybe the most exciting player Ive watched with the ball in his hands..literally a threat to take it to the house with his speed. but he is small ....I'm not sure i have ever seen anyone faster off a cut than he is though like goes sideways at the same blazing speed he moves forward. think pollard on x2 on the record player but half the size ..lol, to me he even made Reagor look a little slow on returns, thats how fast this kid can go

So he got a workout, but I assume he wasn't and probably won't be signed?

He was dismissed from the TCU team after his arrest for domestic violence.
- Witnesses saw him dragging his girlfriend across a parking lot by the hair.
- Reportedly she hit him prior to the dragging.

Also, he weighed 158 pounds and is less than 5-8.

This....he was considered top 3 offensive player in the big 12 ( i get the defense in the conf thing) at the time. Dude is fast like make you think Pollard is slow fast but he is small really small. Most dangerous returner i have seen in college. Made Reagor look slower and he is pretty fast. Got booted from campus after the incedent but had a shot to be drafted if he had played his last year.

FRISCO - The Dallas Cowboys continue to work to improve their wide receivers room, the latest effort featuring a former standout wide receiver for TCU who just became the USFL MVP.

He's also about 20 million dollars cheaper than Cooper.

Good option for punt returns.
I’m hoping we don’t use Lamb myself
He has a shot
We have a spot he could push for
The reason brown is here is ST but we’ve signed a couple of guys who may could fill that roll at other position and I think he could compete with Vasher and semi if we keep brown
We don’t really have a slot guy if lamb isn’t outside

We did and he got 17 yards against #1 CB because he doesn’t have the “juice” to create separation!

Hope Turpin can win that starting spot at returning kicks and punts like that Dwayne Harris guy we had before. Don't want to use Pollard or CeeDee on special teams anymore.

I'm not concerned about the speed. I'm not looking at him to be a receiver, but a return man. Returners don't necessarily have to be blazing fast. Dwayne Harris did it for years for us, and did it well, and he was never a fast guy. Same with Patrick Crayton. Not sure how fast Woody Dantzler was.

If we're taking Lamb off punt returns since he's the No. 1 receiver, we need to actually try to get better at the position, not just fill it with whoever we've got. I could live with Pollard being replaced on kickoff returns as well, even though he does have a couple of good ones.

Turpin is faster than that 4.5 by watching the highlight tape.

Maybe the Cowboys call him later but they don't seem to like speed on offense.
