Signed by Cowboys Turpin re-signed with 3-year deal

Not an offensive number at all - as others are saying he should be a bigger part of the offense as a WR4.

Combine that with his return ability and I'd say there is decent value here.

Edit: $5.5M guaranteed means this is barely a 2 year deal. Even better.

we still havent figured out how to use him in the offense properly, hopefully that will change with the new coaches.

Jethro sure does like having the highest paid players in a few positions. Not sure this formula has won anywhere.
it only wins here, and reminds him of the time he bought the organization by taking a gamble!!!!!

I've never really understood the 'they didnt use him right' argument. I could see where there is an argument he wasnt used enough, but hes also a 5'9" 150lbs WR. He averaged 2.06 yards per route last year which is 26th best in all of football. He also averaged 5.8 yards per carry on the ground. I think it might be tough to squeeze more production out of him without just making him a regular 30+ snap per game type of WR which comes with obvious risk.
