Does anyone know when or where an official TV schedule will be available. For the first time in probably 10-11 years I'm considering not getting the Sunday Ticket. Last season there were 11 nationally televised games so I'm thinking of not spending the money. We stream everything now so we don't even have DTV anymore. What are your thoughts or ideas. FYI I live in Washington State for those who can and want to help.

How many 1PM EST games do we have? Those are the least likely to be nationally televised.

Based on that schedule, and living near Philadelphia. I see about 2, maybe 3 games that won’t be televised here locally.

Any cowboys game in the 4:25 timeslot you can guarantee is going to be broadcast to the entire country, unless the local team plays at the same time.

The cowboys only have a few 1 pm timeslot games, which are the most likely to be blocked out by another game.

I think it’s better to save the money on Sunday ticket and use that money being saved to go to a sports bar for the 2-3 games a season that won’t be on local TV.

The websites that show what is broadcast in which areas usually are not announced until the Wednesday before the games.
I usually post a link to it when it is out. But sometimes others will post it also.

For example. You know if you live in Miami, you get the Dolphins, but you don’t know until that Wednesday before the games what other games you will see in your area.

I had DTV NFL ST from 1997 through 2013. Used first row sports one year and Reddit the next year. Last 2 years I had NFL ST for free.
This year even though I will see all the Cowboys games as usual, I will use Reddit again for other games that are more interesting than what they have locally.

I will call AT&T and threaten to cancel and see if they will give it to me free again.

I tried to get Sunday ticket some time ago. But they only offered it to those with DirectTV, or stand alone for those unable to get DirectTV. So all I do now is alter my location on either my cell phone or computer and watch the game that way. But like others have said, I think there was only 2-3 games a season that wasn't televised where I live.

That’s what I do—go to a sports bar for the 4-5 games not on TV.

Do what I did. Purchase the ticket for single days only. Last year I bought the 3 that weren’t national and it saved me about 150$?? Can’t remember the ticket cost, but the single days are like 44$. Plus last year they game me one of the three for free.

Or like I’ve said here and last year buy the single day pass for like 44$. Hell, if probably spend 30$ at a sports bar and much more if I took the wife and kids.

Beer ain’t cheap:(

I refuse to pay a T.V. service provider a single dime,,, I'll try to keep up in the Zones game thread or stream it to my phone if it's not a game or match up that requires my presence Manning a bar stool in a sports bar,as I'm the type who can make instant friends,,,er,,,,and/or enemies real quick,,,,I'm certain my imput was most helpful ,Colt44:thumbup:

Hey what's NFL st? I'm at the point that I'm ready to cancel the ticket if I know I can get all the games but it has to be 100% and with no lag....i pay for peace of mind but sounds like you might have found it elsewhere

Great idea but how do you change your location? I have streamed from the computer but the quality of the picture is crappy!

ST = Sunday Ticket
First Row Sports is a sight to get many sporting events. Use to be another site, Whizziwig, but they are shut down I believe.
But Reddit is better.

First row sports, once you get past their stupid popups was decent, but only as good as your internet feed. Often if it froze, you could about 5 minutes behind. If you used google chrome browser and their ads blocker it was pretty decent. But you still at times had to get through the initial setup. I downloaded their browser, never had any viruses. But the pop ups at first, tried to fool you. They had 2 X's to close the pop up. One was fake and too you to some website to buy something. The real one was often real faint almost hidden to close.

but if you used the ad blocker from chrome, went to full screen it was good. Except once in a while it would go back to a small screen.

Then I started using Reddit web site, much better. Can get any game. All free.

But as I said, the last 2 years I got Sunday ticket free. Will try again this year, but if not, I get all the Cowboys games anyway. But I also like to watch the Bengals games, or another game if not on in my area that looks interesting. Reddit will work fine for those. I refuse to pay for it at their current prices.
$100 for the season, fine, but now what is it at, $350? The most I paid for it I think was $249 when I was working out of state.

I'd spend more in beer and food for those 5 games than the whole season of Sunday ticket....bars are not cheep

You don't have to spend a lot if you don't drink but a few beers. LOL.

Just like when I had my season tickets, I rarely spent that much at the games. most of the times anyway.
Maybe 2 beers, and sometimes food. No more than $20 to $30. Mostly it was a Dr. Pepper for $5 and ate before I went to the stadium. The Dr. Pepper was large enough to last into the 3rd quarter.

As a DTV customer, every year I say do not get the ticket, but I end up getting it. In NJ also. I went through the schedule and say maybe 3-4 that won’t be on regular TV any way. Outside of the obvious prime time games if you see a 4:25 start, probably national, if you see there is no conflict with giants or jets,
Probably national.

I live in the Commanders home market, and every year I compare the cowboys schedule to the Commanders. Any games in common at the same time on the same network are out, and there were 4 or 5 this year; the opener against Carolina is a conflict. I started looking at my options, too bad I am not a student but maybe one of my kids will come home from college and turn the game on:

NFL Sunday Ticket via DirectTV is offering Qualifying Students: NFL Sunday Ticket Live 2018 Stream Packages for $24.99/month for 4-Months - code BACKTOSCHOOL = $79.97.
No satellite required (stream on your favorite media devices; Google Chromecast/Roku & More). You will be auto-billed unless you canceled before the end of trial; returning users are not eligible.

Great idea but how do you change your location? I have streamed from the computer but the quality of the picture is crappy!

For the phone I use one of the many apps that fake your GPS. Mine happens to be called Fake GPS Location Pro. After you install it you have to go into Settings/Developer Options, and under Mock Location APP, just put that APP. But in order for it to work your phone cannot be set to game mode or high performance mode, just standard.

For my computer I have Avast as a anti virus. Some of the paid for versions come with a location deceiver. But that's a little trickier. What I'd rather do is cast my phone to my monitor and I can't seem to do it. Anyone else have luck with that?
