I don't think he gets no respect, I think people think he doesn't have a future in Dallas, especially when you get a first round guy in behind him. Has little to do with Leary.

Maybe, but it would not be by much. Every great Dallas o-line needs a John Gesek, Kyle Kosier and Ron Leary at guard.

I think he starts all year. Leaves in free agency. We have a ready made replacement in Collins. And continue our run of comp picks going forward. I believe if Leary has another year like the one he did last that he'll sign for a good amount.
