Hey, that's fine!If you do a frame by frame breakdown its possible the ball was out first, but we are talking about a fraction of a second here. From both the broadcast and the all 22 I'm not seeing any definitive evidence that the ball was out of his hand. Even if it was you're talking such a bang bang play that its going to be impossible for the officials to see that with the human eye.
I don't disagree that it was "close".
My issue is that the analyst, Troy Aikman in this case, totally dismissed it as a legal play and moved on. "Nothing to see here!"
He didn't even acknowledge that it was "close" or took the time to check if the ball was in the air!!!!! WHICH IT LIKELY WAS!!!
