Hope springs eternal this time of year; Cleveland thinks Frye looks much improved. Maybe so, but let some opposing teams from his division beat on him for few games and we'll see just how improved. Then let them bring Anderson or Quinn in (if signed) and see what temporary spurt of adrenaline they get.

Cleveland's likely to have a mediocre to bad season. We can only let it play out to see which, and with what suspects.
