Kubiak won in his 1st year with a qb with 1 leg. That team was built over night. They got new coaches, free agents and draft picks. They won the sb.

Yes we can replace Linehan and Garrett. We can draft well and we can patch in free agency. Teams change drastically each year. I believe we're close enough.

Replace Garrett! Bite your tongue. Garrett is the savior who has rebuilt the entire culture and organization over the past few years. He has just been snake bitten by bad luck or else Garrett would have been carrying the Super Bowl Trophy yesterday.

you have to have a front office with steel in their nerves to do what Elway did and this bunch that runs the cowboys can even remember what a football is. I love how aggressive and brilliant Elway was wish he was running the cowboys.

Unless we improve our secondary, we are still far from being a contender. Unless Romo and the offense can repeat what they did 2 years ago (without Murray).

Quick, name me one of Denver's CB's......but I bet you name Miller and Ware without very much thought. The only CB that stood out yesterday was Talib and it was for obvious (negative) reasons.

You need both to be elite.

You can be pretty darn good with an excellent rush and decent corners and vice versa, but you need both to be dominant.

The Broncos are acknowledged to have the best 3 cover corner combination in the league.

We have Scandrick coming off the ACL, Mo in contract and ability limbo, Carr who will be cut in June, and literally the worst safety combination in the league.

A lot of work needed in the secondary, a lot of work.

They have 2 1st round pass rushers that are dominant and and UFA (Harris) and 2 FA's (Ward and Talib) in the secondary. The picked a CB (Roby) in the 1st round in 2014 and one in the 2nd round (Moore) in 2011. Moore is gone and Roby is still young but the key players in the secondary are still 2 FA's and an UFA.

LIAR! I know for a fact that the 'process' of building a team takes a decade

Jim Harbaugh went to NFCCGs and a SB
John Harbaugh won a SB
Pete Carroll had been to 2 SBs
Ron Rivera had been to a SB
Kubiak won a SB

meanwhile, in about the same timeframe, we are dealing with 'the process'

"So you are saying there is a chance"???? LOL

How are we close enough if you want to change everything over night? I'm all for changing up most everything, especially the coaching staff. But Im not going to sit here and say that we will be in the SB next year if we do. Heck, you havent even seen the changes you are talking about yet. How can you possibly be predicting what will be?

It won't be over night. Unfortunately, like I said we'll have no choice but to put up with Jason Garrett one more season. But after that, if he's not successful he's outta here. There's no doubt in my mind about that. Linehan is hanging on by a hair at this point. Only a blind man thinks he's any good at this point with those game plans. Marinelli is not a problem as far as I'm concerned.

As far as us having a chance. Yes I truly believe that. We have 2/3s of the team ready to go. We have an offense and we have a clutch kicker. We can fix/replace some small issues over night via draft and free agency. It's been done before by other teams. Why not us? We have to wait a decade to get results? Tell that to the teams that have been contenders year after year.

Ok, so by some mythical string of luck, Romo plays 16 games and 3 more in the playoffs. So the offense is great again, but who is going to run the ball? And dont tell me that Mcchicken is going to pound us to the SB. The defense is shot and we need to revamp all over again.

Ok, now the head coach is horrid. You going to fix that too in one year? This all sounds ridiculous to me.

Red is just 1 of 31 HC's to get snake bit every year. Its all beyond his control.

Dallas is still far off from the sb imo. The pass rush is not near good enough and has no depth. Hardy and mincey will need to be replaced. need a big time dt. The lb core is pretty weak with no depth. We all know the safety issues! Cb is a huge question mark. Carr and Claiborne?

Offense I'd depending on a healthy Romo and mcfadden.

Garret way over conservative approach has cost dallas a lot of games and will continue to.
