My concern with Barry is that he may have a high price tag. Who knows? He may be viewed as an "up and comer" who can your RT for years, or he may be viewed as a guy who wasn't even a starter at Green Bay. He is an option though...

There are plenty of other RTs who would also interest me. Unlike some, I don't think youth has to be the prerequisite.

My concern with Barry is that he's really not much better than Torrin Tucker, he just hasn't had the opportunity to be exposed by matching up against Osi or Leonard Little for any sustained length of time.

Yeah but our tackles made no names look like probowlers. If Barry becomes a FA I think the boys should have Jones bring him in for a visit. The one think I like about Jerry is that he can sign free agents on their first visit.

And that's what I was getting at. I've read where some personnel people think he is ready to take off, but I wonder why he wasn't playing more?
