Two weeks: Dallas are 4th best defense/30th ranked offense

Tough to say. The game script didn't call for an offense that jumps out of the TV and blows up your living room since the Giants were practically limited to 3 points.

I'm not saying they're elite, but I do know that one 4th quarter drive indicates they're better than 30th.

Panthers and Giants defenses are both built well to stop what we like to do offensively. It was good to see improvement but we still need more to beat Philadelphia.

When we get to play some teams without elite run stuffers like Short and Snacks our run game will take off and Dak will look like 2016 form.

At times I thought the tackling was not good. Seems they had a really hard time getting Barkley down. I don't think I saw the first tackler get him one time. It was always the second or third guy that had to make the stop. I think Barkley is going to be really good. Another Zeke. He was the only bright spot on offense for the gnats. jmho

He’s going to be a handful for years. He pretty much was their offense last night. I came away impressed.

The OL isn't playing all that well right now. Is what it mostly boils down to. That and our staff not getting Tavon the dang ball more, with a sprinkling of Dak needing to improve.

It's entirely possible we can be a dominant team with top 5 defense and middle of the pack offense. Three things that matter offensively IMO, scoring, TOP, and winning the turnover battle. With a top D, hopefully we won't have to score a ton of points.

I agree with you here, so much that I drafted Dallas d in both my fantasy leagues..... and I have never done that. This defense is legit, and it was legit all pre season also..... with starters in.

Great DFS play as well.
