The Colts will miss him if he can't go. And since they already clinched the division, may just decide to rest him anyways. Huge break for the Cowboys. Especially since Brandon Carr averages getting supremely burned at least once every game now.

That would be a big break. As you said with the division wrapped up do you risk a player like Hilton with a hamstring which can cause more problems without rest. Having said that Cowboys have to get ready for Hilton in case he does play

MRI came back negative. He may play but may not have an impact. I don't think he did after his injury when he stayed in.

Would you play Dez in the same situation? I wouldn't.

Yeah, really would be wise to sit him and gear up for the real deal.

They're playing for seeding so if he can go, he will

Yeah, but in order for them to move up, they need either NE or DEN to lose both of the next two. Realistically, they're not playing for very much.

Hilton is a heck of a player. I'm really looking forward to him on Scandrick, to tell you the truth, but if I"m the Colts, I'd be looking pretty seriously at sitting him with a hammy and having him for the playoffs. Their best matchup against us is probably the TEs, anyway. Or just going where Scandrick's not or going anywhere when we give them the zone.

I think the MRI is a good way of knowing if there is any tearing in the tissue. If there is any evidence of anything with that hammy, and I mean anything, they'll sit him.

#1 pass offense in football. Hilton is terrific, but they throw it all over the place.

True but did not look like world beaters this past weekend, they have some issues and weakness of their own that Dallas should be able to exploit

They are still playing for seeding. The 3rd seed that is. They are just one game ahead of the Steelers, who killed them earlier. If the Colts drop a game and the Steelers win out, Pitt moves to the 3 seed. The 3 seed means you will play the weaker of the wild card teams and also avoiding the Patriots in the divisional round should you move on.

They do have the division wrapped up but they don't want to drop to the 4 seed.

Plus, Colts already learned their lesson of resting at the end. It threw them off and they never recovered come playoff time.

I've always felt its good to play a team after they clinch a division. I understand they are playing for seeding, but they know they are in. The desperation factor is clearly with the Cowboys this week.

He'll play, because it's the Dallas Cowboys. Whatever that means for opposing teams.

To be fair, Texans defense is not bad at all. Better than ours.

To be fair Luck is 3rd in the NFL in most Ints. Dallas defense has not been great but are 4th in the NFL in take aways. Dallas offensively needs to control the ball to help defense stay fresh and defense will have to make some plays. In crunch time vs Philly defense did just that.
