Tyler Booker is a Cowboy

Look at the NFC East’s defensive fronts

All three are really, really good.

We want a running game and we are facing three of the best Dlines in the league in six divisional games next year.

It’s not like we took a safety or a tight end.

We took the best player at his position who plays in the trenches.

I like the pick. He's a mauler, leader, and definitely fills a hole. Don't like that we constantly invest top picks in the OL, but absent a trade down, he was the best option there.

Takes balls to make this pick.

We always complain about the team having no identity. Maybe that identity is a kick *** OL?!

Hope he does well, but guard to me was lower on the needs.

What other team hordes 1st on the offensive line like Dallas does?
One thing if this team actually used FA, but right guard wasn't a big hole.

I love the player. He'll come in and be an impact player. Booker, Beebe and Smith could develop into one of the most dominant interiors in the NFL.

Im just not a fan of taking an OG here
I believe he is going to be really good but we didn’t really have a great need at guard ( Bass and Hoffman played really good )

With a more pressing need at other positions
Cb / WR /RB /DT and OT

At some point the cowboys need to figure out how to build an OL without using all their first round picks on them too though.

Ole boi never played a snap yet. 3 1st round picks a 3rd rd pick. We better have the best offensive line in the league by a mile with that draft capital spent on a group

The player is great and will probably be great in the NFL.

But we had Smith, Martin, and Fredbeard all at the same time ...... and they could do nothing to help the undrafted and 4th round pics we had at QB.
So you would have gone QB there? Not that Dak is that great but do you guys actually think Shadeur is going to be materially better than him?

It doesn’t take balls to make any pick when you own the team and can never lose your job.

I hate the pick but like the player. I didn’t even think he’d go in the first. #12 is a terrible reach. Late first round at best player. Sure he’ll be your stating guard and will do nothing to move the needle for this team.

They played the draft like they played free-agency…safe.

It’s a boring pick but it’s also a great pick at the same time.

We need so many things..

You can’t get these linemen in free agency. You have to draft them because they’re so rare.

If you get a stud horse RB then all of a sudden you have a really tough looking interior with a back behind them.

Sanders.

The only position that can take you from a joke to a contender overnight.

See Washington with Daniel’s.
Sanders is a completely different player than Daniels. He can't run and doesn't really have a big arm, both problems in today's league. I'm all for getting a new QB but it can't be just because it's somebody else.
