Scaled down FA hopefuls: Michael Huff(FS) and Tyson Clabo(RT)
Re-sign Spears, Kosier(1yr), and Bowen.
Cut Colombo, Brooking, and Barber
Trade Igor to Houston for a 6th. Could turn into a 7th based on snaps. Saw this posted and its a solid idea. Hes been w/ Wade for years and they can use some experience at the position. Barwin looked like an OLB last I saw

1st - Patrick Peterson - Let him walk in and pick out the biggest chump in our secondary and he replaces them. Edit - Googling Patrick Peterson definitely just backfired :puke:

Trade down to mid-2nd and pick up a 4th
2nd - Stephen Wisneiswski - C/G -
Starting tackles are set at this point. Getting a starting interior linemen is dire. Still room to put on weight

3rd - Quinton Carter - SS - Oklahoma -
Way more effort and heart than Sensabaugh. Would be a fan favorite

woops

Trade a 4th and 6th to move up and get a late 3rd
3rd - Christian Ballard - DE - Iowa -
Quick and athletic as hell, still room to grow into his body and get better.

5th Casey Mathews - ILB -
Not totally on the bandwagon just yet but at least you know what type of player youre getting. He wont be soft, lazy, or complacent. Also long hair - ferocious

6th Alex Henery - K -
Heres why I would. The top kickers out of the UDFA are probably not signing here w/ The Buehlers presence. The difference between a 6th round RB/ and an undrafted one is negligible. The difference between Alex Henery and what we could be stuck w/ can be Nick Folk-esque

grrr

7th - Charles Clay - FB - Tulsa -
Huge frame. Pretty weaponish potential

I wasn't on-board until the 7th round pick. Now it's my favorite.

Charles Clay looks like Carlton from Fresh Prince of Bel Air.

I had to check to make sure that wasn't a trick picture.

He doesn't look anywhere as good as Carlton!

Can he do the dance ? If he can , move him up a round or two. Can you imagine the endzone dance ?

Hey buddy, I like the first 3 picks, I think we could get more for Igor though, say a 4th, because wade might want him and tell texans he has to have him to make his defense work. I would package Brooking with Igor too, for that 4th rounder.

Id rather have a 4th this year, but you could say a 5th rounder and based on incentives, playing time, a 4th in 2012.

I would also trade Barber too say for a 4th and 7th.

Then, trade back up in 3rd again, and get another good player that falls.

I dont think Igor holds that kind of value. Hes not a valued commodity or anything, just a fit at 3-4. I wouldnt break the Texans balls over any compensation.

Joe, youve been pushing that Marion Barber trade for a year now, its just not happening :laugh2:. It would be like trading for Clinton Portis at this point.

Finally, someone else who can appreciate Charles Clay.
