Breece Hall could join the convo too if he gets a little more production as a runner. Right now he is on pace for 600 rushing yards and 70 catches. That wont do it, but if he can get that up too 900 he'll be in the convoDrake London or Garrett Wilson
I think Drake London is the guy.
This is an award that's literally never been given to an OL, I believe.
Chris Olave is the betting fav
Might be a season-long battle between London and Olave___Chris Olave was just named NFL Offensive Rookie of the Month so I would think he leads the race. I'm not sure they would ever give the award to an offensive lineman. They have been handing out the award since 1967 and an offensive lineman has never won it. It has always been a RB, WR, or QB win the award.
I don't see the need for a ROY for the offensive line - or any other position. The scarcity of OL awards as rookies gives a good opportunity for something new...
Should there be an OLROY award?? I mean, since there's NEVER going to be an OL to win the standard award for Rookie of the year?

NFL OROY is basically the equivalent of the Heisman Trophy.Bingo! The award has been given to 35 RBs, 10 WRs, and 10 QBs since 1967.
yeah, and he was ALL PRO as a rookie. Never got more than a sniff. Total garbage but then what do you expect?I believe Zack may have been the top vote getting o ever with 7 of 50 votes. l
Being selected for the NFL All-Rookie Team is a possibility.I think he'll have to settle for possibly being the rookie of the year in our hearts. Which is no small potatoes.

NFL All-Rookie team is sufficent; I believe the top two guys at every position on offense and defense, plus specialists= kickers, are awarded.
I don't watch other Teams NFL games, but Smith is certainly making a case for himself with his stellar play.Could Smith be the top candidate for Offensive ROY?
I don't see any other Draft pick having as much impact as he is.
That would be something if he were to win given the skepticism of the pick by the Cowboys.

No OLs have won?
Fat shaming at its worst.....
considering a OL has never won it it's doubtful.
