This was Tyron’s last chance. Put Tyler out there tomorrow at LT and never move him. He has yet to practice at the position, so what? That doesn’t automatically make Steele or whatever other reserve a better option. Tyler did it all through college, he knows the position and is best equipped to take over there. You took a LT in the first round, time to get your money’s worth.

When Tyron comes back he will be the pro bowl RT. You pay him too much to be a guard, and if he objects, you tell him he’s too big of a risk to stake the season on him every year. Tyler should be prepped as soon as possible to be Dak’s blindside. If the Bucs game doesn’t go well, so what? This isn’t just for this year. Like Steele would have done better anyway.
Would like to see him get eased into the LT position and not thrown out there.
Guess sink or swim ?

He has practiced at the position earlier in the pre-season (OTA/Mini) but not lately.

They have little recourse now and just need to go for it but they MUST get a veteran swing.

What happens if Tyler gets hurt? He has already missed time.

Should we really trust an Eagles fan to tell us what our best option is?
He’s a straight shooting Egirls fan. But he’s not concerned with what success we can have now .

While this is probably a fair assertion we are more concerned about our immediate success than the next 10 years. That’s how we roll in Jethro’s world . We’ll worry about next year, next year .

How many seasons could we waste with Dak developing our next LT? That’s the bigger concern. The future is now!!

Everyone, including us, had him as an NFL guard. He’s raw, has poor technique, and is a penalty machine. Like I said, it’s gonna be rough.

I'm pretty sure they said they were drafting him to be the LT of the future, absolutley could be rough as a rookie as with any rookie, but they did draft him to be a OT. They wanted Tyron to start at OT this year for sure.

Or destroy his confidence.
It's a big jump from College to the N. F. L .

totally agree and at a very tough position nevertheless.... however in what we have seen so far in the offseason and preseason, he has the size, skills and mean streak...i like his chances a lot honestly.

I do still think they should bring in another tackle though that can be a starter and the swing as needed. Were an injury away from having to throw the tackling dummies out there
