Ummm, why would your "Gi-ant" friend, by arguing or upset over a play that benefited his team!?

Doesn't matter.. he had possession the whole way, and was in total control... the greatest and biggest catch I personally ever witnessed...

Reminds me of the David Prothro (University of Alabama WR) catch that won the ESPY Awards.

For those who don't remember, Prothro trapped the ball against a defenders helmet and held on for a touchdown.

I think he was going to say that the Giants shouldn't have won, because that wasn't a catch.

The bad spot was actually early on when they gave Faulk a first down when he clearly land a god yard or two shorter than the mark.. I think it was a second down... although may have been third.. not sure..

Anyone else know what I am talking about?

Tyree's catch was no where near that good.

Man that was a catch, the ball never hit the ground, one angle appeared to have shown it hit the ground but others confirmed my intial thought!

here is the whole thing in a sequence. First, on 2nd and 5 samuels should have picked him and ended the game.

Eli should give his Escalade to Tyree or he wouldn't be wearing a SB ring later this year.

i have no idea what you guys are talking about, the ball clearly hit the ground, yet it is still a catch as he had absolute control over it as it happened, the ball did not move an inch in his hands even when hitting the ground, it was a perfect catch.

It didn't. I have HD at home and there was clearly daylight between ball and turf. Not much, but it was there.

That was on the right side of the offense on the last Patriots scoring drive I believe...

It didn't hit the ground and with the rule that everyone mentioned it would be pointless to even argue with it if it did. It was an amazing catch and to try and take it away from him is just sour grapes.

Well with how picky some replays are these days, I'm not sure he had "total" control...the ball was moving around some. But you have to give him that catch...pretty clutch.

Was surprised though that it wasn't reviewed.

i think it was totally a catch, but i admit i also was surprised it wasn't reviewed...

...don't think it would have changed anything, but they should have reviewed it.

look at that last pic i put up. It looks like it is touching the field, but because of the colors, it would never be overturned.

Great catch.
