Tyron Smith added to injury report

Yeah, sounds like a crick in the neck your describing. I would say Tyron got over that 6 years ago, so it's new to see on his injury report lately.
Okay fair enough.. But I have had various levels of neck issues in my 63 years.. ranging from plain ole garden variety crick in the neck to full on debilitating pain from a pinched nerve. Never had any kind of surgery for any of them. The only thing I do is remember the neck exercises that the PT gave me 20 years ago. Typically if I do those for about 5 minutes whatever is going on with my neck goes away. If you're old like me you remember they used to make us do all kinds of neck exercises in football practice.. Stuff they aint even allowed to do now.. Made our necks all super strong but probably did irreparable damage to the vertebrae.

According to PFF that is our highest rated lineman you are talking about there. Which is a little scary.

Should have been put out to pasture a long time ago. Dumb front office is always two steps behind

Apparently suffered a neck stinger during practice.
Goodness….As silly as it may sound, I’d sit Smith every practice.

"Limited" doesn't mean "out for the next game". Maybe it's just a precaution. Maybe it's an excuse not to practice. Maybe it's a ploy. Maybe he's injured.

I'm thinking this is gonna be his last season. He's no longer Elite and the injuries have gotta be making him nervous about his future health. He was a dominant player for a long time and will probably go into the HOF 10-15 years after he hangs em up. Nothing but respect for #77.

He actually has been elite this season when he plays.
