Tyron Smith has grown up!

Has anybody else notice how much bigger Tyron looks, or is just me? He's going to be a beast, the sucess of the OL starts with him. I'm little more optimistic despite recent injuries.

Who is the leader within the offensive line group?

I would think that each position group has someone who leads in some way, shape, or form, but in looking at the O-linemen, it's tough for me to see one.

Maybe it's not a big deal to many fans, but I would like to see a leader emerge from this group.

I think that person might be Free. I have no evidence to back this up only a gut feeling. I think Smith still a little young to assume that role. He may get there in a couple of years if he has or can develop the characteristics to be a leader. I also think Livings has the potential to be a leader based on his experience but only if he sticks around for a while. There is no guarantee that any of the other players will still be around this year or the next.

Costa has the makeup to be the leader... If his play improves.. Costa-Haters I said If. So don't get wound up.

Free is going to have to perform better to be a leader. Not really sure he is the type for it anyway. Colombo was an agressive mean SOB. We really do not have any like that.

Im willing to give Costa at least an opportunity to show improvement now that he has a little more help inside, and a full off season under his belt with Woicik.

Agreed, maybe its the angle/clothing but he looks much much thicker in his waist/hips.
