Listening to Tyron talk about staying healthy is like listening to Mugsy Bogues talk about being 7 feet tall...

I’ll set the over / under for missed games in 2023 for 6.

And we’ll be lucky if it’s less than that. He’s averaged like missing 5-7 games a year since 2015 or 16 without looking it up.

It’s not a matter of if but when.

And why getting Martin into Camp is critical .

Connor Williams, Connor McGovern, Josh Ball…….not the best track record…..
Only 2nd rounder in there was Williams. And yah he was a bomb early. But he was better than Chuma eventually.

Torrence was the #1 rated guard in the draft and rated a first round pick. Take that for what its worth.

Or we could just look at most 2nd rounders for the boys and say most are busts. But then that would mean Schoonmaker is too.

Either way, it would have been a better plan then Chuma. I would rather have Torrence AND Chuma.

I mean if they didn’t like Torrence they didn’t like him…..

Possibly. That would make sense as they really needed a guard. But then again, we know they screw up the 2nd round often. Lots of teams passed on Torrence. But there were other tackles and centers they could have taken. Maybe after the smoke has cleared on Schoonmaker and Torrence and some of these other guys they passed up we can make a better judgement.

They also had chances to improve the position in FA and chose not to.

Here is a tidbit on hows he is doing in Bills camp:

While not a great outing for the offensive line, there is another note to bring you there: O’Cyrus Terrence is getting some run.

The team’s website mentioned that the second-round rookie was getting “the most” time/snaps at right guard of anyone else for the third-straight day. To start camp, incumbent Ryan Bates was the starter but Torrence could slowly be taking the starting spot.

Not sure if that means anything.

Interesting that Mcgovern actually signed with Buffalo and Torrence is competing with him for a starting guard spot. Will be interesting to watch what happens.

It’s hard to predict anything at all along the offensive line before the pads get on. But it looks as if Torrence and McGovern will get a good look to be the opening-day starters. Torrence was a high draft pick while McGovern signed a decent $25 million deal with the Bills.

I’m watching some practice reps, Tyron hasn’t looked good. Granted, it’s been going against Micah Parsons, but it’s been tough to watch.

I don’t know if Parsons is set to be All-World, or if Smith is washed up.
I think Parsons is a freak.

Lots that wanted him replaced with someone good and reliable. Someone like Tyler Smith.

His salary might be worth it on a year you can contend like this year. But having no quality backups is the problem. You have to assume he is going to get hurt. So who is your starter off the bench? This is where management has failed.
OL gonna get hurt.

Ankles and knees are vulnerable.

Steele is foolish if he isn’t braced up this time.
