So my over under on Tyron was 5 games. I was wrong its 3. On another note did he do this in the jets game? or was it in camp and real football has made it worse?
Happened on Friday before game Saturday came and knee was worse.

"Tyron Smith ruled out for Sunday."

But most of us were already aware of this.....months before the season started.

I just have to wonder at the reasoning, the logic behind thinking that he would be reliable. The Cowboys had a glaring need for this season and they totally ignored it. No, it's not okay to go into the season depending on Tyron Smith to start 14-17 games. when he hasn't accomplished that feat in the past seven seasons.

My two greatest concerns was depth on the offensive line and depth in the RB squad. After starters go down in each squad there is zero experience before this season.

Glad he was your favorite player.

But do you consider him a HOF’er with all the injuries he’s had?

It’s been years since he’s played a full season.
Honestly, I thought he was a lock 2-3 years ago. Now I think it’s probable but definitely not first ballot. His first team All Pro years help but his lack of durability and lack of playoff success doesn’t help.

How do you go from dressed and ready to go on the sideline against the cards to out against the pats??? Does air injure Tyron Smith!

Obviously now he's not considered elite because of his injuries but overall yeah he's getting in the Hall of Fame probably within the first 2 years of being eligible. All decade team, 8x pro bowl, and 7x NFL top 100 easily screams Canton
There are reasons to argue for Tyron Smith in the HoF, all decade team, 2x 1st team all pro, but pro bowls is possibly the worst argument for a player being good ever and I will articulate it easily using QB Tyler Huntley. If you do not know who that is then I do not blame you. He started 4 games after Lamar Jackson got hurt, where he threw 2 TDs and 3 INTs with a total of 658 passing yards over those 4 games. For that effort, he made the Pro Bowl. As far as your stat is concerned that counts as a 1 Pro Bowl appearance despite him not playing even at a below average level.

There is a conflict of interest when the guy who sells the tickets is the same guy who tells you if a player is healthy enough to be in the game.

He wants you to believe that you are making a great decision watching the game because this team is so elite. However, if this same guy tells you a player can't be in the game then he is admitting that he is presenting a diluted product.

Is anyone else finding this odd? Basically he was fine until a walkthrough practice… so exactly what happened. With all the media twitters constantly posting you would think one would have asked what was going on by now. Injury without an injury!
Yeah, its odd as hell.

Apparently he stepped on a blade of grass during that walkthrough practice and blew his knee out.

I knew he was never going to play a full schedule, but dam, he is done by week 3.................I have a half used roll of Charmin in my bathroom that is more durable than this guy, wow:facepalm:

The organization had Cyrus sitting on the draft board and instead drafted a blocking TE.

And you guys wonder why this team has not got past the divisional round in 30 years:laugh:

Jerry's main goal is making money, not actually winning games.

I mean, is there another team in the league that has gone 30 yrs without advancing past the divisional round and still has the same GM?

I rest my case.

It's a moot point because 7 of those 8 pro bowls where day 1 selections. There's absolutely little to no drama with the day 1 selections it's the late season alternates that sometimes cause a fuss

I think you are wrong. I think he DOES want to win. Winning makes even more money.

He just has a shorted circuit about how to do that.

Because Jerry does things the Jerry way.

Instead of Wagner, we get LVE.

Non active in FA but trade for Cooks, Gilmore.

This team drafts very well. But are very subpar building the roster from outside.

If they have leg injuries, why were they on the sideline?
Shouldn't they be at home with their legs up on a pillow?
