This is called the Turkish get-up. It’s great for strengthening your back. Not easy at all. Some chiros and physical therapists recommend it.

Even with what he's lost, he's far better than anyone else we can put out there and most left tackles in the league.

That's what makes him a freak.

Was playing at an all-pro level last year before Dak crashed into his ankles. Even with the severe injury + the cowboys forcing him onto the field before he was healed he still graded out as the 3rd best LT in the entire NFC........ (dude is a freak)
