His not as good as Hatcher. At least Hatcher had speed to get to the QB.

Not even close. The problem with Hatcher is he now can't stay healthy and his production tails off. But assuming both players are healthy, Hatcher by a mile.

When your team has lost four in a row, it usually means most players have under performed even if that means in a role that they might have to play over their heads in order to make up for some players being lost (like Street and the WR having to playing better than their level to make up for Dez).

However since this is a Boise State player and I get tired of Floaty and him always bringing up boisie state players and over value them (like Moore)...Let's go ahead and agree that Boise State Alum Tyrone Crawford has under performed so far this year.

Let's just get something straight for the record. Being from Boise St. doesn't mean I can't be objective. I've said it before...I'll say it again. I thought Crawford got drafted too high. Was shocked to see him drafted in the 3rd. I had a 5th round grade on him.

Now....that he is here...it's up to the coaching staff and front office to use him right. And that is turning into a colossal failure. He was a DE @ BSU...and the Cowboys turned him into a DT. IMO...that was a mistake.

And now you have the Cowboys over paying him. That was another Cowboys mistake.

You can hate me.....You can hate the system....But don't blame Crawford or me for the Cowboys bumbling ways.

My evidence is 4 straight losses in 3 winnable games and blowing halftime leads in the three of those.

What's yours?
The way they fought in every game. We are undermanned but we fight in every game. When coaching staffs lose the team they play like crap like we did under Wade. That won't happen with this team. Not with the leadership we have. Your evidence doesn't support your theory at all. We are/were undermanned. That doesn't mean the coaching staff has lost the team.

I heard Boise state is full of betas. I think BP said something like that

Thru 6 games he has 7 tackles and 2 sacks. Teams are also having success running up the middle. His contract is looking to be a mistake.

Agree..

Solid play was fine when he was making pennies.

You can't be making 8 or 9 mill a year and be solid. That's superstar money. Play like one.

I always thought Crawford was JAG, just nothing special about him and I got bashed on here for calling his contract ridiculous. He's done nothing to garner that kind of money.

He hasn't lived up to expectations... yet. But he's a good player and he'll just be turning 26 next month, he's only going to get better.

He's also the only interior player we have worth a crap. Teams know they can double Crawford, leave Hayden 1on1 and they're good.

He had a problem with leverage against the Giants, and I wonder if that's something they took away from the Patriots game. That's a fixable problem though.

Silly me...I though Crawford was already on the team and his contract wasn't up.
I guess it's better to deal with an unperforming DL early than keep the AP offensive player of the year.
Gotcha...

Tearing it up in Philly that's for sure. If only we could have signed his massive production to a long term deal.

Too early to call his contract a mistake.

Having said that, at times, it seems like he is missing some situational awareness. He is amazing off the snap but RBs just seem to run past him without much notice from Crawford.

He might actually need to slow it down a slight bit. Is that a crazy thought?

It seems like something always happens to players that Jerry Jones pays....Crawford is the latest example....Miles Austin, Ratliff, TNEW, DEZ, ROMO, now Crawford.....its injuries, poor production or some thing else...but it seems every time Jerry opens his checkbook and pays a player ....its doesnt equate to performance on the field.

You had all day to come up with a rebuttal and this was all you could come up with?
Come on man...your better than that.

Moving on.

Next time at least know the players contract status before posting something weak.

The sad thing is that it isn't top DT money. Suh and Dareus are getting 15-19m.

TCrawford does need to do more though. I was expecting more of an impact with Hardy next to him.

lol wut?

Romo had the two best seasons of his career after getting his money. Dez hasn't played a full game since his so to call it a mistake already is absurd.
