Arline and Jackson are draftable CB's and Louis Leonard would be nice for NT.

My favorite (currently) unsigned rookie free agents, with my absolute faves in bold fonts...

QB-- Toby Korrodi, Missouri Central... Jeff Ballard, TCU... Justin Rascati, James Madison... I don't see the Boys adding another QB, they have 5 now...

FB-- Dave Herron, Michigan... the Boys drafted Deon Anderson and signed Jackie Battle... but Herron, a converted LB, is a good special teamer, too...

RB-- Germaine Race, Pittsburg State... Alvin Banks, James Madison... I consider the Boys pretty set at RB too...

TE-- Gijon Robinson, Missouri Western... a good blocking TE and special teamer, can also play FB... the Boys are still rather thin at TE...

C-- only one out there I semi-like is Donald Usry, SE Louisiana... too bad, I think backup center is an issue for the Boys right now...

OG-- Tala Esera, Hawaii... Stanley Daniels,Washington... Brian Johnson, LSU...

OT-- Gabe Hall, Texas Tech... Herbert Taylor, TCU... Elliott Vallejo, Cal-Davis... Benardo Foster, Louisville... don't see much of a need at OT right now...

DT-- Walter Thomas, NW Mississippi CC... Quentin Echols, Kansas State... backup DT is still a problem area...

CB-- Anthony Arline, Baylor... Geoffrey Pope, Howard... I'd take a flyer on Pope, just because he has such rare speed...

S-- Melvin Bullitt, Texas A&M... the Boys might still be in the market for a safety, and they brought Bullitt in for a visit...

There's my top 20, currently unsigned rookie free agents... with the ones the Boys have already signed, I don't see much more than 5 or 6 further signings happening...

Good stuff, bear.

To your knowledge, has Kenny Scott signed with anyone yet? If not, he'd be one guy I certainly wouldn't mind bringing in...

Don't understand why we taken draft DT Paul Soliai early in the 4th round when he was still on the board. Gosselin projected him to go in the 3rd round but was available when we used Cleveland's early 4th pick. Soliai was drafted a few picks after us. We also passed on DT Marcus Thomas who had first round ability; Thomas was off our board cause of off field issues but Broncos traded into the pick right before our late 4th round pick to draft him. Sure hope we bring in Walter Thomas. Ferguson played well last year but I believe our defensive collapse in December was partly due to his wearing down late in the season which put more pressure on our linebackers. Just can't believe Cowboys haven't addressed this problem yet.
