People always say that but I haven't seen one innovation or any big successes since he got here.

Bailey and CJones are good kickers but that is their talent, not coaching.

I'm from the 843 myself, moved out to Texas 2 years ago.

They need a good recruiter with some hustle in him. Dabo has been killing Spurrier at that for a while now.

Charlie Strong might do well back in his old stomping grounds.

They can hire C-Mike to be the Head Coach. They'll just have to work it out with the Cowboys so that he can still play RB on Sundays.

That shouldn't be too difficult given the fact that they only use him once per game. No practice needed for that. Just fly in and suit up.
