I have seen him on special edition with Brad sham on a number of occassions over the last 6 years say he was not his father.

He has told norm many times on the radio that he stands up to his dad and has a different idea of how to do things. Actually norm breaks his chops about it now and then.

well he played football at arkansas like his dad, he has a degree in chemical engineering and he has been in the nfl business as long as his dad has.

I am pretty sure from listening to him for the past 6 years pretty closely that he doesnt confuse himself with Bill Belichick, which can only be a plus for us at some point.

In '95, Stephen was opposed to bringing Deion Sanders in because it would contribute to salary cap hell. Reportedly he and Jerry fought (verbally) about it, and it became really heated. Obviously, Jerry won out, but Stephen does stand up to him.
