And this starts at the very top. With our weird structure, the GM will never be fired for all the terrible roster personnel decisions from bad contracts, free agent signings and terrible drafts year after year.

The head coach is not accountable at all from the owner for his mistakes that should have been corrected and ironed out after 2011, his first full year. Heck, he even got an extension for his mediocrity. Players here are awarded extensions and raises for mediocrity.

You get pats on the back after screw ups. These players don't fear messing up under Jason. They will just be coddled like this is a pee wee team. It sucks your drive to get better because they just become content with being average because it doesn't take much work to just waddle in mediocrity year after year.

There's a reason why this team's collective IQ is so low year after year. They get it from the coaching. And they get it from the front office.

After players leave here, they will touch on some of these things. Like Dwayne Harris did about how we run practice.
It's called a losing culture. This looks like it will be the 6th in 7 years we miss the playoffs.

Fans see a few stars at the key positions and define this team as talented but it's nothing more than a good fantasy team when Romo is in there.

Real championship contenders in Cap era build great defenses in the trenches with an elite QB then add in talented enough key position players to flourish within the system.

Jerry is still stuck in the 90's with his Triplett theory which was without a Cap. He also forgot Jimmy used #1 picks on DL too and that his Tripletts were fine behind less than #1 picks on OL.

Jerry gets distracted in the draft by shiney objects and takes too many risk in 2nd rd year after year while not always addressing the weaknesses. It's why the process has been so slow even with some great 1st rd picks .

Three key areas in this era . Need a great QB, protect him and pressure theirs. We have failed in 2 of those areas most of this era. Now that we solved one of those areas on OL we cant keep our QB healthy so we're still lacking in 2 of these key areas.

And? This has been happening since 2011 for Jason. This is his 6th full season to coach and it's the same broken record. Besides the outlier year of 2014. Which was followed up by 4-12 so it was evened out.

If you think this post was in direct relation to last night's game and not a total accumulation of all that has transpired with this franchise under Jason, I don't know what to tell you.

Some people are fed up with this environment and are tired of the process and the excuses. Why fans still have them for this staff baffles me. They have accomplished nothing that warrants any trust in what they are doing.

It's now worse that we have Dak, a rookie, to be groomed in this environment. He better hope Jason gets fired because he will waddle in mediocrity like Romo.

Romo is waddling in mediocrity long before Jason came along...........

There cannot be accountability when the guy making all the dumb football decisions is the Owner of the Football Team.

We lost by 1 point.......

1 point too many. I bet you are one of those moral victory belivers. The play calling, the situational awareness of players, and a cheap FO is sickening. That 12-4 season was a fluke, this team is really a 4-12 squad. Now watch, the same way you said this team only lost by 1 point is the same way most people said it was only 1 lost. One too many in my book as 1 turns into 2 then 3 and 4. Before you know it we are 0-4.

There's no such thing as a "moral victory". I'm just in here to say take it one game at a time and we have 15 games left. I'm just not of the belief to overreact after every loss or even win. But that's how it is over here. If we had won by 30 people would've had us in the Super Bowl. We lose by 1 and those same people think we are the worst in the league.

I'm just going to let them go 0-4 before I get up in arms about a 0-1 team. If they win 3 straight and go 3-1 then what? Let me guess, its a fluke........

To be honest I was just kidding, lol. I'm just getting in on the over reaction fun. But one point is one too many. I think this team will respond tho. They need to help Dak with the play calls and the running game. There is no way in heck Dak was suppose to throw the ball 45 times on his rookie debut.
