Arvell Reese is a guy shooting up boards this year. He might be a guy we have to take with our 1st pick if we want him. Same with Sonny Styles.Lord knows we need some talent at the position. Have at it and start listing your favorite prospects.
I notice nfldraftbuzz has a quite a few LBs graded in the 84 to 87 range.
Don't know the LBs yet, but a FS like Dillon Thieneman would be a great selection for the Cowboys imho.We need to have a defensive heavy draft and FA. We need to find a dynamic safety and linebacker that we can rely on.

1) he isn't in this draft classOvershown
1) he isn't in this draft class
2) we need more than 1
3) he has plenty of ability, but the injury history is insane. I hope he makes for an amazing comeback story, but I'm not betting on it.
Maybe he can play 5 to 7 games without getting hurt.Im skeptical given the injuries .
My Son sent me a few clips of York, and it's rare he does that. I was geeked about this dude's game because I like smart, full speed, reckless defenders. Excellent suggestion @Cowboys93 .Taurean York. As an A&M fan he would be an immediate impact player for us. He’s been great since he started playing as a true freshman
If the Cowboys play their cards right, they should get at least 5 picks (I'd like more) in the first 3 rounds. Each one should be the highest defensive player on their board. We need to have a defensive heavy draft
Great instincts/processor and tackler. But being only 5' 10" he can get eaten alive if OL gets on him and his change of direction in the passing game is stiff. With our scheme relying on LB's to be able to efficiently drop in coverage and have some length to help close windows in zone, I don't think York is a fit ...not knocking the player at all, but his success at the next level will depend on scheme.Taurean York. Absolutely. All about fitment. If he was a few inches taller he’d be a bonafide first rounderGreat instincts/processor and tackler. Reese may very well be the best LB in college ball and could be the first LB off the board in the next draft. He's a converted DL and is still raw (3rd year at LB), but his athletic abilities are off the chart. The same can be said about Styles, as he is a converted safety and is only in his 2nd year at the position. Styles is intriguing because of his ability in coverage and to cover TE's in the slot...his issue is missed tackles and needs to be more consistent in his technique.Arvell Reese is a guy shooting up boards this year. Hill and Allen could be candidates for our 2nd FRP
Styles kind of makes me think of a better and healthier version of OvershownReese may very well be the best LB in college ball and could be the first LB off the board in the next draft. I'd love to have either one on the Cowboys.
