As long as Dak is happy! The Daksters got everything they wanted, a 60 million per year ghost.
He is picking out flooring and silverware options right now.
And I read somewhere earlier that he doesn't want surgery. It's sounding more and more, he'll be out the rest of the season.
This has all the makings of a season ending injury. Yesterday they said no one is recommending surgery yet. So they are hoping the tendon scar over and heals on its own. It will take 4 weeks to determine if the healing is occurring - at least. In 4 weeks they could be 3-9 or 4-8. Then he goes on a 21 day windows to determine if he is healed or if he is out for the season. At any time during this process, the doctors could recommend he have the surgery in which case he is surely out for the remainder of the year. But given the Cowboys history with injuries, like Micah for example, the odds are the earliest Dak comes back is after 6 weeks. By then at best they will be 5-9 with 3 games to go facing the Bucs, Eagles and Commanders. The last game he will probably sit anyway because the Cowboys will have nothing to play for other than a worse draft pick.
Dak coming back is a really long shot, and it would be stupid to rush him back just to try to win some meaningless games. That doesn't mean Jerry won't get him back on the field though.
I would think that he won't play this season and they try to get him healthy for next year.Speedy recovery Dak take ALL the time you need!!!!!
Just like Romo, only thing it’s the hamstring. Different injury, same scenario. My prediction.
He's done for the season. He takes it easy in 2025 training camp as a precaution. Then a couple of games into the regular season - when his regular season salary is guatanteed - the hammy goes again. He then retires after being a June '26 cut.
It doesn't make sense for him to come back. It makes sense to play a healthy Rush and Lance. Draft in the 5 to 8 range and get some outstanding young players and use the 100 million in cap space and bring in some more players. No timeline,
The true meeting. Not coming back.
That you James Jones?Bust
I supported the team constantly. I’ve never supported individuals. I couldn’t be happier that he’s probably going. But I definitely supported him as a team player. It’s a shame. Some people can’t distinguish the difference between team and individualism. The Daksters got everything they wanted, a 60 million per year ghost.
He is picking out flooring and silverware options right now.
Sounds like a person extremely upset about another man's money. Just pretend it is Romo signing his contract, with the smile with Jerry. Remember? That may sooth the disdain. The Daksters got everything they wanted, a 60 million per year ghost.
He is picking out flooring and silverware options right now.Is that ok
I could care less about the money, you would know this if you were paying attention.Sounds like a person extremely upset about another man's money. Just pretend it is Romo signing his contract, with the smile with Jerry. Remember? That may sooth the disdain.
and why you bring Romo into this discussion is very odd.Sounds like a person extremely upset about another man's money. Just pretend it is Romo signing his contract, with the smile with Jerry. Remember? That may sooth the disdain.
Rushing Dak back to risk injury and make our draft pick worse makes no sense. Lose lose. They are talking surgery on torn hamstring . It’s Rush and Lance for the rest of 2024 .
Some people will always be salty that Romo was just better.and why you bring Romo into this discussion is very odd.
