Depends on grade!
Grade one, about 2 possibly 3 weeks.
Grade 2 6-8 weeks
Grade 3 (complete tear) start looking for trade deadline targets

Good news. I had an MCL sprain last year that took about 6/8 weeks to heal. Hopefully, Ferguson will have more medical advice than I had from my doctor. If you feel pain, take Advil, and elevate your knee at night.
