Why do we have to suggest people to the new HC.

Although I would prefer we didnt, it happens a lot around the NFL.

Most of the time when a new HC is hired, many of the assistants are kept. Very rarely does a new HC come in and fire the entire staff.

Take the Titans for example, even though Vrabel is the HC, their OC is Arthur Smith who has been with the team since 2011. Vrabel didnt hire him.
