Spin, gulp, spin, gulp….buy another jersey, buy another ticket and on and on and on. Jerry’s got em trained.
I don't agree w/ that assessment/grading system. Gallup has more burst and lateral agility.Tolbert grades out a little higher than Gallup who had 33/507 his rookie season and he grades out the same as Amon-Ra St. Brown did last year who had 90/912 last season for the Lions. So there's a good chance he's going to put up good numbers this year.
Toby the Tiger?I'm calling him Toby
Lol yez. he's Guuurate!Toby the Tiger?
Gallup's 3 cone is a little better than Tolbert's (6.95 vs 7.08), Jalen's 40 is better and he's considered a better route runner than Gallup was coming out (" his route-running gives him a leg up in camp battles early on.").I don't agree w/ that assessment/grading system. Gallup has more burst and lateral agility.
right i mean first hand knowledge reports form actual NFL coaches and what not are better then no reports at all.they are simply reposting what they are seeing and somehow the jaded Debbie downer fans want to question it..as if they are there to say its not happening..Just as the haters are trained to hate every little thing. Turn a positive into a negative.
and yet Lamb and Gallup are both #1s they maybe not be elite but for sure #1s all day and twice on Sunday..if you don't think that you are a pile of #2And just like that, everyone is In love with Moore again. He can't coach offense but he damn sure knows rookie talent. Hoping he is right. According to Dak he doesn't need a #1.
I see everyone is so optimistic.4:22 p.m. - Just a two-word answer was all Kellen Moore needed to describe his newest drafted wide receiver.
"He's awesome," said Moore, the Cowboys' offensive coordinator when asked about rookie Jalen Tolbert. "I think he works his tail off. I think you can tell how prepared he is and how detailed he wants to be. I think he's going to be a really good addition for us."
Tolbert, a third-round pick from South Alabama, was nearly the Cowboys' second-round pick. So obviously, the team was ecstatic to land him in the third. And with Michael Gallup still rehabbing a torn ACL injury that could jeopardize his chances of playing Week 1, Tolbert will get the chance to show his versatility.
"We'll try to get him to learn as many spots as possible. We'll start him in a Z-type position, maybe play him in the slot," Moore said. "We'll get him moved all around the field. We like to do that with a number of our receivers. So, we'll do the same thing with him."

Guess we'll have to see on that one!!! From what I'm reading, Tolbert is not a good route runner. I still like him as a player, though!!!Gallup's 3 cone is a little better than Tolbert's (6.95 vs 7.08), Jalen's 40 is better and he's considered a better route runner than Gallup was coming out (" his route-running gives him a leg up in camp battles early on.").
