As the title implies, the daft, CBA, No-Free agency, lock outs, a position roster, etc. I have a filing that the foot ball world is upside down without a road map to get home. I understand that the head couches have been updating schedules daily but getting frustrated. What the team will look like is a blur with a lot of questing being posted. What I am saying is a unified scheme needs to be formulated to what the team will look like with two weeks of training camp , two week preseason, and all the regular games played.

Sometimes adversity is a motivator as well. The league as a whole, will be pressed to come together in their respective camps. Here, Garrett has a whole cast of good and strong character guys who should form a glue to bring this team together. Not at all a bad, at least base consideration.

Morale is an element included in Op Orders in the field.
