USC vs Michigan Game Thread!!

Props to USC.

All I heard was how Michigan got shafted, USC had an easy schedule and was overrated and that OSU and Michigan were clearly the two best teams in the Country.

Now the only excuse left is that Michigan didnt play hard because they were PO'ed about not being able to play for the National Title .

I really hate USC. I just grateful UCLA knocked them out of the MNC game. I don't really care for UM either, but I've just always hated USC going back to the '70's.

Anyway, I hope to see Ohio St pound the Gators next week, although I think it'll be closer than many think.

Well, I didn't watch the whole thing, but from what I saw I wasn't too impressed with Woodley. Seems a bit too short and squatty for my tastes at 3-4 LOLB.

Well he is not a 3-4 LB although he is projected to be that. He was not good when he was tried at LB for couple of years. He is a DE in NFL, probably maybe Nickle type.

Actually last two games, UM Defense didn't show up. The problem I seem to have seen with UM for last 4-5 years is speed. They lack team speed, and thats where Ohio State beats them. Loyd Carr, much like BP,hasn't changed with time.

Big ten is moving towards more speed and throwing than Running game or big DL/LB less and speedy LB/DL more now. Carr doesn't seem to buy into that theory.
